Menù del Pellegrino,  a delicious dish made exclusively for visitors to the Via Francigena: barbecued Jambon of Saint-Oyen, green beans, potatoes, 1/4 of wine or a beer, 1/2 liter of water and 1 coffee.

Menù of the day,  tasty dishes, rich and original reserved to the guests who stay at the hotel with half board.

Our attention is also paid to persons who have problems of food intolerance: we serve a variety of dishes prepared just for them. Vegetarians and vegans can find a variety of vegetable dishes as well. We wish to offer to anyone the opportunity to remain faithful to his own diet, with taste.

Our restaurant, with panoramic view of the Great St Bernard Pass, furnished with traditional antique furniture, romantic and intimate, is open to all those wishing to spend a moment of their lives in a special way, delighting not only the palate but also the sight, as well as all the other senses…

The restaurant room can accommodate up to 35 people and is suitable for every occasion, from a small ceremony to a business lunch, from a dinner with friends to a romantic and unique evening…

Sitting at a table at Restaurant Suisse, you have the chance to have lunch or dinner with a menù that our Chef Ilaria periodically changes according to his imagination and fine taste. In case of reserved group dinners or lunches, menù is accorded with the customers.

The philosophy of our kitchen is to offer original dishes that always respect the primitive cooked food flavor; by doing so the result you get is the rediscovery of the true “tastes” that, on the palate, they sound like a pleasant surprise…

The chef Ilaria, is specialized in local traditional dishes of Valle d’Aosta and those of the nearby Piedmont, which is its region of origin; nonetheless she can master the preparing and cooking of all dishes of the Italian cuisine.

During the course of the year, depending on the season you will find specialties that we will not reveal yet… hoping to stimulate your curiosity and inspire you to visit us…

Our attention is also paid to persons who have problems of food intolerance, so while not serving a full menu for celiacs, we serve a variety of dishes prepared just for them.

Even vegetarians can find a variety of vegetable dishes to give them the opportunity to remain faithful to their diet, yet with taste.
